The rooms were big enough for 5 people. The location at the train station was very convenient. Only 2 min by walk. Many restaurants near by. 7/11 next door. Breakfast available at the hotel next door on additional charge if wanted.

We were a family of 17 and we all loved the location. You just cross the street and you’re at Kyoto Station. The rooms were surprisingly big for Japan standards. The view was great! We just look out the window and see Shinkansen trains arriving and departing. Staff were very accommodating and helpful too.

Excellent location,! The hotel is easy to find, just a few minutes walking from the train station nearby. The room is clean and spacious. But what I like most was the staff in the hotel. They were friendly and helpful. They speak English well and helped changed my room from a double bed to a twin-bed room when I arrived. They also gave me some good recommendations on restaurants for breakfast and dinner nearby. I have a pleasant stay in this hotel. I will come again when I visit Kyoto in future!
