- From US$496.65 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 1,223 reviewsThe Hakone Retreat Forë is an exceptional place to stay - wonderful staff, extra treats such as sake and marshmallows round a fire as a welcome moment, slippers, cosy jackets to wear around the property, a serene onsen which is open most of the day, absolutely delicious food and although it feels like a 'world apart' from the rest of Hakone, the Venetian glass museum is a few minutes walk, Hakone Open air museum and the ropeway, an easy bus ride away.
