CanadaThe hitel was beautiful but staff made the stay. I was a bit lost, and they helped me and sent a staff member down the road to meet up with. It was a bit late and dark, and their address was giving Google a bit of trouble - mostly my fault as I was doing 5 things at once... but I got fed up, contacted them throught booking app and they sent me a link and offered to come get me! I was already on my way and figured it out but they sent someone out anyways and I was greeted about 1 min away from door. Amazing. On top of that they were so nice and we had a nice chat when I got there.
The room was sexy and unique. I felt a bit like batman. I would say if you have bad knees maybe it's not for you. The chairs are low floor chairs. And the bed is low low low. The bathroom was realllly nice and the included shampoo. There are also little nice touches here and there.

AustraliaSuper friendly host, gave me a lift to the sights that I was interested and seemed genuinely interested in ensuring I was comfortable in their stay. Cats very friendly and playful, plenty of them. Good location, quiet part of town but walking distance to places of interest.

Clear, and only 15 minutes walk to Yamato Museum. The view is excellent. The staffs are helpful and friendly, specially Miss Yu. She helped us to make all arrangements during our stay, which make our trip a lot easier

Hotel is in a great location near the Kure eki and walkable to nearby restaurants, shopping departments (YouMe and Uniqlo/Daiso), as well the Yamato Museum. My recommendation would not purchase the breakfast package and instead make that decision in the mornings depending on my appetite. The toast and rice/miso soup was ok, otherwise, I would prefer to pick up morning snacks at the nearby stores instead. I appreciate the accessible coffee and tea station, and the amenities such as leg pillows!
