This place is amazing, I have never been to somewhere with such amazing hospitality. The staff here really do treat you like one of their own and make you feel very special. The rooms are a good size and the facilities are amazing. Everything worked amazingly, always hot water for when I needed a shower and the rooms are quiet so it’s amazing to get lots of rest. The hotel is well located and there’s always tuktuk drivers available if you need a ride anywhere and they don’t try rip you off as they are from the hotel. I really recommend this place, it’s amazing value for money and they are so accommodating to all their guests needs. I was getting a late night bus out of town and they were able to facilitate me a shower so I was fresh for the journey, small things that go a long way. Thank you

Overall, this hotel meets our expectations; the personnel in the restaurant, housekeeping, and accommodations are all friendly and efficient. always greet us with a smile. This gave us a very cozy feeling. The last important thing is the hotel set up a lift which made us very comfortable.

The entire experience was beautiful. The staff are hospitable and courteous. We had stayed in this hotel in March 2023 and this was our second time here. My husband gave me a treat for my birthday and the hotel surprised me with organizing for my birthday cake and made my day even more special ❤️ The rooms are well maintained and comfortable too. The buffet breakfast is good. The pool is nice to laze around. The spa experience was good too.

Wonderful site.

Wonderful site. The biggest and best preserved relic of that era hundreds of years ago. Most of the time one can escape the crowds and have some moments of peace, especially away from the center of the site.

This is an amazing place that should be visited several...

This is an amazing place that should be visited several times. The government managed tourist pass can cover three days which provides access to the temple area of Seim Reap. I recommend a first visit with a government registered guide. Then return on later days to wander and really immerse yourself in the history. Make sure your camera is ready to take a lot of photos because you will find yourself snapping shots very quickly and often.

Choose a sun rise tour.

Choose a sun rise tour. I would recommend to get a 3 day pass. Day one go for a short circuit sun rise tour. Day 2 go for a long circuit guided tour. On the day 3, rent a bike and explore the place yourselves.

If you plan to visit during sunrise, make sure to bring a flashlight. to help you walk down the dark road from the parking area. Read the signage or follow the crowds to find out where you should be for the sunrise.

Everything is nice and we'll maintained, it looks more like a 4* hotel than a hostel! The shared bathroom iss big and clean, comfortable beds with own space and big lockers . The rooftop pool and the bar are just amazing! You have free drinking water. The staff is so kind and lovely, in particular Mr Visal who helped me to book the tour in Angkor wat, he suggested me where to change the money and gave me advices for the city as well!

We had a great stay at the community hotel! First of all - the staff is extremely friendly and responsive, we really want to thank Sophie and all the others who made our stay so pleasant! Location is great, not too far from Angkor Wat and just a short ride from city center. Lobby area was stunning! The staff really took care of hospitality and small details, like placing fresh folded lotus flower everywhere, welcome drink and fruits and daily free tea hour. Really great experience!

My first time at a party hostel; my bunkmates were decent so I didn’t have any trouble. The shower was really good! I used to look forward to shower every day and night :D. The location of the hostel is perfect. I won’t stay here again as I’m not a party person but if you like drinks and meaningless banter, you’d love it here. Their sunrise Angkor wat tour is good but you can find a better place outside. Overall, given the hostel setup, I felt they offered free drinks occasionally in exchange of higher prices for other services.

An uber classy, sleak, 5 star hotel, equidistant from both Angkor Wat and the Old Market. The design is beautiful, industrial chic, but not over the top, and perfectly integrared into the landscape. The rooms are clean and elegant, and the private plunge pool are awesome. The food is delicious and the staff are lovely. It's also good value for money. I would return without a doubt.

A lovely hotel which is part of a chain in the city. This had only been open a short while and it had that new feeling. My room was lovely clean and everything worked. The staff were amazing and helpful. They organised for me to go on a tour to Angkor Wat.

Excellent location, very close to Angkor Wat. The hotel organizes everything for you, from the airport pickup to the tour at Angkor Wat. It's super clean, beds are very comfy and the shower is great. The food at the restaurant is particularly good, specially the Cambodian specialities. Since we visited in rainy season we spent most of the time at the hotel and we are very grateful we had everything we needed at the hotel.

Do take a guided tour of the temples but not with Siem Reap Shuttle Tours - such an amazing place to visit with so much to learn and discover...shame we had the tour guide from "I don't like you because you won't buy the expensive lunch on offer" so he from then on hardly spoke to us! Incredibly rude and spoilt what should have been one of our best explorations. Out of eight people on the tour we were the only two to stick it out till the end as we only had the one day to see as much as we could...we then had to watch many programmes on Angkor Wat to find out what we had just seen! A big shame.
