I totally enjoyed my stay! The staff are friendly and helpful. They speak pretty well in English so I don't have to worry about language barrier. The room is very big and clean. Its located high floor so we get to enjoy the views. The swimming pool is very nice, can take photos as well.

The modern, clean facilities. The self-check in was effortless, device operated with an easy to follow password to the door access code. The luxurious quality of the hair and body products. An endearing feature was the automated luggage lock-up facility which allowed us to safely lock up our bags for the day…and collect them without any inconvenience to staff or the establishment.

I had a generally satisfying stay at Estrie Sinsa. Although there were no on-site staff, their responses through messages were quick and helpful, so I didn’t experience any inconvenience during my stay. I noticed on the hotel information page that each floor has a different interior concept. After seeing that, I thought it would be fun to try a different floor’s atmosphere on my next visit.

This seems to be quite a popular boutique hotel among locals and foreigners. They were very kind and responsive to my numerous enquiries on the Booking.com messaging app. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's minimalist, chic, comfortable, and clean. Check-in is self-service - very easy and intuitive. Same goes for check-out. Location is superb as it's convenient yet quiet (in a small alley). Most importantly, the staff are so friendly and enthusiastic that it makes me so happy every time I interact with them. We had some troublesome requests such as luggage and bicycle storage but they are always so kind to try their best to support 🥹 I highly recommend GOYOO to anyone staying in Gangnam!

The apartment is in a great location, it is in a walkable distance to the Gangnam station, convenience stores and restaurants. The shower is very powerful, and the shower was very powerful which was nice. Great facilities like washing machine, drying rack, aircon, table mirror, kettle, microwave and a USB charger and charging plug next to the bed! The pillows on the bed are very firm, which is great for someone that has to sleep upright after cosmetic surgery.
