From the entrace staff to the reception everyone so welcoming and friendly. Great location close to markets and shopping. Very good breakfast on 20th floor. Room spacious and very neat. And the cocktails on the ground floor, don’t miss that.

I was traveling alone for visiting Seoul for the first time, and Sunbee was a really good choice. I stayed for 5 nights and think Sunbee is good for both short and long term stays. The location is perfect, the staff very helpful and nice. Was clean and spacious room. I also really enjoyed the big bathroom. I also liked that there’s a small cafe in the hotel - so was perfect for grabbing coffee first thing in the morning. Would stay again !!

Probably the best palace in Seoul, undergoing a long process of restoration and reconstruction. Entrance is cheap, and free if you wear a hanbok (traditional Korean clothing, that can be rented all around the area). Once a month there is a special night opening, with all the palaces lit up

Billions of visitors wearing tacky costumes (It is free some day or some time for people wearing hanbok, which is normally so beautiful). Should come back when it is -20 degrees C so it might be less crowded. Did it with a guide, Joy, who was nice and informative.

Fabulous - recommend you get there by 9am. Free to get in for over 65's but cheap anyway. Changing of the guard at 10am but you can easily walk around the grounds of the Palace on your own before then.

Large place but take up the opportunity to hire the Korean clothing - Hanbok. I did it at another location and just loved walking around in it. Free entry to the palaces if you do wear it. Much cheaper to hire outside of the palaces, especially at the Bukchon Hanok Village. Locals were coming up to us, to help me rety the ribbons etc, so it was very nice.

The accommodation has a lovely interior and is a restored 150 years old traditional Korean house. It’s quite near to sights such as Gyeongbokgung Palace. And the owner is really nice and gives local recommendations to restaurants and „hidden spots“ that you would otherwise never find.

The place was easy to find if you know how to navigate the map, I just took an Uber to get there. It was walking distance to Insadong and a good 30 ++ walk to go to Gyeongbokgung Palace. The surrounding area is busy and have some little shops and places to eat. The place in itself is clean and we'll maintained. The have AC and the place smells good.

Sam House is in an excellent location. It is within walking distance from the Gyeongbokgung palace and many cafes/restaurants. We used a coffee shop for our morning coffees, which was literally next door, but it was still quiet and felt private. When we had small issues with a bathroom light and an AC remote control, the owner addressed these promptly and efficiently.

A small but cosy apartment well located in a quiet area a 10 minute walk from a metro station, and a 15 minute walk from Gyeongbokgung palace. It was clean, the bed was comfy, the air conditioning was effective and overall it was very good value for money. It was easy to find and to check in, and the host was friendly and responsive.

The hostel is located in a very good position for first timers in the city: close to the main palaces and major tourist attractions, such as the hanok village, the Gyeongbokgung Palace, the Gwangjang market. It is very accessible and offers a convenient check-in and entry procedure with a code. It also provides good privacy: During my stay, the public spaces were very quiet and the other guests have been respectful.
