All the staff, from the bellboys to the managers, is absolutely amazing. They are all extremely capable at meeting any needs of international guests, more so than other Seoul hotels of the same level. Access to the executive club is well worthy. Breakfast, afternoon snacks and "pre-dinner" were always excellent and there is coffee and tea available throughout the entire day. The coffee machine by the way always stopped working but it was really a minor issue well handled by the staff and made more of a nuisance due to the behavior of other guests being overly annoyed by it. Rooms are quite spacious, well equipped and cleaned to perfection daily. Like most korean hotels, they are not miserly as in the west and will give free water bottles. The maid that was responsible for my room also had the finesse of realizing I drank as much water as a camel and replenished my room with plenty of bottles. Laundry service was so cautious and attentive that they realized one of my pants had a missing button, immediately sent it back to me before washing so I could verify and fixed it free of charge. Location couldn't be better as you're at the heart of Seoul for business and leisure. If you'd like to ride the underground instead of going by taxi, there are a couple of stations at very near walking distance - be aware that Korea seems to love stairways and you will find many of them in your path.

The location was very good. It is connected to the Seoul Station via underground and very near to Line 4. The room had everything that we need and it was good and comfortable stay. Its name has a hostel in it but is a simple no frill hotel. Quite clean and a super excellent location right next to the subway station (Hongik University). The entire stretch of Red Road and Hongdae food street and fashion street are some of the best hangout places and connectivity to Seoul station and KTX is super (2 stations). Great place to be if someone wants to be around Hongik University. Not far from Seoul shopping areas also if someone wants to avoid staying at Myeong Dong while wishing to stay close

The room is very spacious with service apartment amenties in the room. The room is fairly clean. The hotel is very close to the Seoul Station where we need to catch the KTX. Hence, we could reach the station on time. Around the area, there are outlets for food even late at night as we arrive close to midnight.

We got a complimentary room upgrade from 2 pax to 6 pax and that was a really nice gesture from UH Suite. Apartment was a short walk to Seoul station and really convenient to get around. Towels were clean and pillows provided were comfortable! Laundry detergent was also provided which made it really easy for us!

The owner is fast responsive which I liked. The house is clean and there is Starbucks and seven eleven right below the apartment. 5-8mins walk from the Seoul station which is so convenient. There is a clothes rack in one of the cupboard which is thoughtful.

The location is fantastic if you're traveling to/from Seoul Station late at night or early in the morning. It took me less than 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to my platform! The room was comfortable and immaculate, and the bathroom was sparkling. In my opinion, this hotel is actually BETTER than many 5-star hotels at a fraction of the price. The manager even made special security arrangements because he knew I was arriving late.
