The hotel was so nice, I liked the Korean heating system. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice room with city view. The complimentary sandwich was also very delicious. And the valet parking was also very helpful.

There was someone at the front desk that can speak english and was very accommodating. She suggested a lot from the hotel's restaurant and we tried it. That was really delicious. The location is perfect. And our room was so spacious. I love that their mirror is so wide, I can do my make-up easily❤ I would really stay again in this hotel if I were to go back here in Jeju.

Great choices for breakfast. We also had dinner one night. Good food and good views. Staff were very responsive to an air conditioning system that wasn’t working as well as it should.

Everything was perfect! The location is convenient and the property is very well maintained. The breakfast they offered was really good. The condition of the room and bathroom was superb. I genuinely have nothing bad to say. I am always going to choose i-jin for my future jeju trips!
