The staff at H28 is so helpful and kind. They helped me with my missing luggage and my esim-card. Everyone was so attentive and nice. My room was beautiful and very close to the reception (room No 615-deluxe double room). The rooftop is open 24 hours and is ideal for smokers. All the convenience stores (bubble tea/coffee shop, G25, Seven Eleven, Lemon Mart (supermarket), pharmacy, restaurants, tube station are within 2-5 min walking distance). There is also a nice cafe next to the hotel, Cream Chic, which I also highly recommend. I already booked my next trip in December and will stay again hat H28.

The Westin Josun Seoul Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the popular Myeongdong and 350 metres from the City Hall Subway Station.

It was so cosy and beautiful, especially in the winter month. The staff behind the desk were particularly helpful, and I felt very safe whilst being a solo traveller.

Very convenient location, close to many attractions. Very clean in the rooms, good cleaning. Excellent staff.
