“The best thing about Rivercube is the staff. From the receptionist to the waiters, everyone is extremely friendly, polite and always willing to help. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, and they were still happy to arrange a room quickly. Once the air conditioning in the room was a bit weak, the staff immediately changed the room without any trouble. Every morning, they always greet me with a friendly smile, making me feel right at home. The service attitude is beyond expectations for a mid-range hotel — very professional, but still warm and friendly. This is the biggest plus that makes me want to come back here!”

The hotel staff, most especially the manager, Alex, were very attentive to our needs. Breakfast was good enough. The room was a bit small, but it was very comfortable to sleep in and quiet too. And the hotel's location gives you easily access to just about everything in the center area. Overall, it is a basic hotel.
