Small boutique hotel with only four rooms. Exceptional customer service and absolutely beautiful tranquil rooms. Located within the wonderful Galle Fort, across from the ramparts and the sea. The staff here were the best in Sri Lanka (which is a big call because most of the staff we met were really good) and the breakfast was superb. Would highly recommend staying at this property.

The welcome was charming and jazz piano playing from the first floor. We had the King’s suite which was really lovely on the top floor. They left delicious coffee for us on the beautiful balcony overlooking the lower floors. It was perfect for our one night stay. The staff were very accommodating.

It’s a beautiful historic property in a great location. The staff is wonderful. The restaurant is quite good. The rooms have been so thoughtfully decorated. We loved the grounds of the hotel, with so many beautiful trees, watching the monkeys.
