Comfortable and clean rooms, very nice and helpful staff at the reception, good breakfast. 8 min of foot from central station, walkable distance to the city center. It’s my 3rd time in this hotel and I made a membership that gives more benefits.

I booked Hotel Stikliai for my family as a birthday surprise, and their experience was absolutely amazing from the moment they arrived until the moment they left! The warm welcome, attention to detail, and exceptional service made their stay truly special. The staff went above and beyond to assist me with planning every detail from a distance, ensuring everything was perfect for the occasion. The hotel’s elegant ambiance, beautifully designed rooms, and outstanding dining experience added to the charm of the celebration. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more, especially if you’re looking for a luxurious and memorable place to mark a special occasion!

Lovely boutique hotel in a historical building, central location near to the Vilnius University and all the main attractions of the old town. Classically decorated rooms, extremely comfortable bed, good spa facilities, good breakfast. I really appreciated the room upgrade ( after discovering some technical issues in the first room assigned). Lovely touch to offer a welcoming drink in the bar. Special thanks to the gentleman who helped me with the luggage and accompanied me to the taxi.

I liked the location: about 15-20 mins by foot from bus station. and just next to Hales market (with interesting food court solution). I have received all the important data like entrance door number and check out instructions in advance, so I didn't stress looking or asking for info.

Convenient location(railway station, central bus station, local bus stops, Hales Market, supermarket, eating spots, cafes, the historical area) but basically calm and pleasant locality. The management sent us the information to enter the building before a few days of the arrival. No need to meet anyone during the stay(they gave the contact number for the support) . Enough and helpful. Simple and enough furniture and equipments.
