Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The staff were exceptional, the breakfast was good, the showers had great pressure, and the beds were quite comfortable. I have nothing to say against this property at all.

Breakfast was great, size of the room was perfect, and shower was nice and big. Also we used gym and spa facilities - everything was really great.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the Old Town, and from the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed with genuine warmth and attentive service. The Junior Suite is highly recommended — it truly feels like a home away from home: beautifully decorated, cozy, and equipped with everything you might need. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, and the living area is both inviting and elegant. Even before our arrival, Andrius was an absolute gem. He helped us arrange a full-day tour outside Vilnius and patiently answered all of our questions with professionalism and friendliness, never once sounding rigid or formal. Upon check-in, Simone was equally superb — offering thoughtful dinner recommendations, assisting us with a booking at the hotel’s beautiful Lithuanian restaurant, and arranging our spa visit. It was our very first time in Lithuania, but thanks to the warmth of the staff and the comfort of the hotel, we felt completely at home.

Everything was exceptional. I loved the location, room setup, shower was the best I’ve ever had, bed was comfy, water filter and coffee setup was unique and spectacular. Staff went above and beyond and breaky was perfect too.

the hotel is beautifully maintained, oldest in the old town and historically built in 16th century. staff were welcoming and helpful, we were treated to a welcoming cocktail and provided so much information to navigate the area. there is an elevator for ease of mobility w/ heavy luggage and elder people. Daily breakfast included was delicious and served in a brick arched basement refurnished cellar that looked like an old wine cellar, truly fantastic setting. the hotel is directly central to Old Town and on the main strip where so much is happening that we felt so lucky to be positioned w/in walking distance of all we hoped to see in Vilnius. we used Bolt to travel by scooter and by taxi to outskirts of old town and beyond to Trakai castle and this was easy enough. the hotel assisted w/ shuttle transfer from airport to hotel. the rooms were clean, classically designed and comfortable, turn down service, all truly fine touches to our stay. my family and i would return to Narutis hotel in the future!!
