This is a comfortable hotel in a fantastic - but quiet - location, boasting a panoramic terrace which overlooks the Cathedral and Zócalo. The outstanding feature is the staff. Everyone we met - including the owner - was very welcoming! This is transmitted to the guests, most of whom were Mexican and also friendly. We felt completely at home! The warm hospitality of the staff and the complimentary hot and cold beverages' service available most of the day, along with snacks really made our stay! The restaurant is also worth exploring - good, authentic food and good value for money as well as helpful and friendly staff. The cleaning was excellent. We would definitely return!

We loved everything: - The location is as central as it gets but still easy 20 min ride from the airport. - The breakfast was amazing with nice Mexican options, good coffee and freshly squeezed juice. - Room was clean, with enough space, good coffee, great shower - Things like 24 hour cafeteria with free snacks and refrigerators with free water on every floor - And lastly the staff. The staff was the absolute best, each and every one of them from the entrance, to the reception, breakfast room and the cleaning lady were absolutely wonderful. They did everything they could for us with such ease and always smiling. Our boys got Christmas presents, we needed a wheelchair for one of our boys and they had it (for free!), they called airport for us to arrange wheelchair assistance for him, staff in the restaurant and in breakfast room were amazing, I asked the cleaning lady if I can have two regular coffee pods in our room instead of one regular and one decaf and not only she gave it to me but remembered to put two regular coffee pods the next day...we would really like to thank every one of them for making our stay so nice and we absolutely recommend this place.

Amazing position to visit the city. Really nice and always available staff. They add value to the hotel!! The breakfast was very tasty, my room was extremely clean. (And I am really demanding about cleanliness.) And what can I say about the free food and drink at the bar? Brilliant. The best place to stay in Mexico City. Can't wait to come back!

this couldn’t just be better than it was. 100 out of 100. in fact this hotel was chosen due to the close location to the airport, yet this was one of the most relaxing, friendly, convenient and comfortable hotel out of our 1 month trip in Mexico. personnel speak English, private parking and cozy fresh design of the room. add here breakfast included and close to the airport. guys, thank you very much for the service. you surprised me and my wife in a very good way!

I had an amazing stay! The reception team is super friendly and helpful. Thank you again, for helping me! I had a quite room and had a good rest, which I badly needed it! I loved the size of the room and felt like a little princess! ;)
