The breakfast portions are generous and they are delicious. The discount dinning at the restaurant as a hotel guest was a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel is very central, we want to experience the historical part of Merida and staying at this historical mansion with its location certainly serve the purpose and it exceeds our expectation!

The Hotel: A beautiful property with stunning original architecture and decorative details—truly candy for the eyes! The magnificent traveler’s palm trees in the courtyard were absolutely striking. Room: Very comfortable overall. Good a king-size bed, a spacious bathroom with enough amenities. Quietness: Despite being on a busy street, the inside of the hotel felt completely insulated from the noise of traffic. Room is very quite ( without the AC on) Location: Quite good. While the street itself isn’t particularly interesting, the hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the city center. The walk is safe, even at night. Parking: A paid private parking lot was available at another property right next door , and the cost was quite reasonable.

Stunning building - ceilings are 200 years old. The results of the renovation is impressive. Feels like a Luxurious leap in the past with all the comfort of modern day facilities. Isaac welcomed us in the evening after a long day travelling :) we missed the massage but we will be back next year For sure !!!

Gorgeous hacienda type hotel right in the centre of Merida. Such a lovely welcome from the owners - very helpful with local information, restaurant recommendations things to do etc. Such a pleasant courtyard/pool area to relax in (also a second! pool for lounging by). Nice bar in the hotel and generally a pleasing place to wander around. The room was nice- four poster bed was big and comfortable. The air con seemed a bit underperforming though but there was also a ceiling fan so we were comfortable. Parking (free) is just around the corner, the very helpful owner will go with you to find it which was great.

Beware when buying a trip (from any touristic agencies that...

Beware when buying a trip (from any touristic agencies that sell them). Check the distances and traveling times: highly recommend visiting the attractions near Mérida (if you're staying in Mérida). If you plan to visit the Cancún area, it's better to stay in that area than travel all the way from Mérida. The tour agencies try to sell these trips as incredible experienced but they're really overpriced as you spend 4-5 hours sitting in a van (each way) and very little time at the destination. It's exhausting, too rushed and in my opinion, not worth the money or the time!

The hotel is very central, walking distance to all attractions, main square and bus station. It is central to bars and many good restaurants. We did have to change rooms, because the AC wasn’t working but the staff did it within 10 minutes. The second room had an issue with the door locking system which was fixed 2x on the spot so that was annoying a bit but otherwise, everything was good. The breakfast was simple and nice.

The location is just three blocks from the main square and within walking distance of Paseo Montejo. The room is big and comfortable. The staff is helpful and gave us good recommendations for walking around. Overall, it is an excellent value for money and what you would expect from this kind of hotel. All good.

Fantastic location, in downtown, 5 mins from the main square, yet, relatively quiet. Parking with guardian. Awesome staff, always smiling and helpful. Nice, historic building. Swimming pool in the building. Access to restaurant from the hotel lobby. Live music in the restaurant (but not loud, does not disturb guests).

We spent a few days at this hotel with our family and we were very happy with our stay. The pool was definitely a highlight – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The hotel’s location is excellent – close to great restaurants and just a short walk to Mérida’s main square. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made us feel truly welcome. Breakfasts were simple but enough to start the day off right. We definitely recommend this hotel in Mérida

Wonderful hostel, set in a historical building, not too far from the main square. The staff are very nice and work hard to make the place spotless and enjoyable. They organise daily very interesting activities. The breakfast is rich and caters for all tastes. The beds in the dorms are comfortable and have privacy curtains.

The location is the best thing about this place. It was really just one block away from main square where a lot of activities happen. every weekend the street downstairs just transforms into a free night music concert as the street are blocked for traffic and open for people to sit down and have dinner with live music. The hotel itself was comfortable enough and affordable. The bed was comfortable and I could sleep well.
