we got upgraded to about room upon arrival and everything throughout our 3- night stay lived up to our expectations. staff was very friendly and greet you all the time while addressing you with your name. cocktails, beach and the restaurants provided excellent food and the room with balcony was a treat. so was the spa. we saw hornbills in the trees in front of our terrace which was the only time we got to see them up close during our Malaysia trip. looking forward to come back to this piece of paradise in the future.

Loved the resort and the staff were absolutely amazing. Their two in-house cats were by themselves but it was such a pleasure to see them. They just added to the beauty of the place and I would go back there any day. The staff at the dining area were very pleasant and they catered to every request you had. They would go above and beyond to do something for you. Simply amazing. Thank you for giving us a wonderful stay.

The hostel is extremely unique and calm, with a beautifully maintained garden around. I stayed in the deluxe double room with private bathroom. The design of the room was love at first sight on the pics, and it is exactly like that in the reality.
