I loved how easy it was to walk from the hotel to the city center, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The room with the terrace and views was spectacular. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The hotel location was central of George town main streets and excellent. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the staff gave us a very detailed introduction to sightseeing in Penang. In addition to that, they prepared a packed lunch box for breakfast since they knew that we would depart early in the morning the next day as well as they sent our parcel at the post office, which was not originally included in hotel service. They also handled the early morning airport drop off for us.
