The location is superb, right accross the street is Madame Tussauds wax figure museum, Ripley's Believe it or not and many other attractions. Breakfast in an old historical winter garden is a must! So rich and full of everything. Entire staff is so nice, helpful and friendly, specially lovely ladies Bahar and Beatrice :)

Everything, lovely hotel would definitely stay again. Big bathroom, friendly staff, 5 minute walk to red light district. Harbour across the road. Room had everything we needed and plenty of room.

Location was perfect, very close to the city and the central station. The staff was beyond friendly, very attentive and caring. The boat is cosy and lovely. Breakfast is delicious and there’s always coffee and tea available! :)
