Absolutely spotless room and bathroom. Comfy beds, and very spacious room. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Location was excellent! Not surprised by the rating they get as a hotel. I would give a higher score if I could.

Everything was great, the staff were very nice and warm, I chose this accommodation again when I returned to Kathmandu. It has a very good location and accessibility. As a tour leader, if I were to bring a tour, this would be my first choice in Kathmandu. As a honeymooner, I spent a very good time in this city.

A lovely warm hotel with a lift! Super clean spacious room and the most helpful staff. Lovely lobby/bar area with the best fresh ginger and lemon tea ever and home made cookies. One of the staff even walked me to the bus station to get the bus to Bandipur. Highly recommend for an excellent location too.

    Our stay at modern hotel in Kathmandu near Pashupatinath was simply delightful. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. What impressed me most was the unbeatable location—close to major landmarks like Boudhnath Stupa, Thamel, and of course, the sacred Pashupatinath Temple. The rooftop restaurant was magical at sunset, with panoramic city and mountain views that created the perfect atmosphere. If you’re looking for the best hotel in Kathmandu for couples or families, this is definitely a top choice.

    We booked the hotel for its proximity to the airport and also the Pashupatinath Temple at walking distance. The staff was very friendly and available and the food we tried (Nepali dishes) was excellent. We had a comfortable stay for one night and could easily reach the airport in few minutes with a free hotel shuttle.
