GermanyOur host Manfred was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean and very spacious for this price category. The bathroom was the best we have had so far in Peru. Breakfast was also very good. We were able to leave our luggage in the hostel while we were hiking in the canyon and when we got back, Manfred even offered us tea. Would definitely recommend!

United KingdomReally comfortable and clean beds, the manager was really friendly and helped us when necessary (we even finished our hike from Sangalle and got to check in a little early to shower. We also could leave our bags for the night whilst we did the trek. They offered tea in the evenings when we went up to watch the sunset as well - very homely!

The staff was extremely kind and accomodating. Also we had to leave early, before official breakfast time, and still they served an amazing breakfast. The staff were very helpful when we arrived and my wife was ill with stomach trouble and altitude sickness. The bed was very comfortable and she spent a good night recovering. The absolute best part though was Lizbeth, who greeted us on reception, went out of her way to help us arrange a private taxi tour to see the condors at Colca Canyon, made us an early breakfast before we left and stored our bags for us while we were gone! The whole staff is very professional and helpful. You will find someone speaking English in case your Spanish is struggling. Rooms are clean with new furniture and beds are very comfortable .Some rooms have a balcony to enjoy the mountains. And you can access the rooftop to get a view on the whole city.
