We had initially booked a room with a private garden; however, it turned out to be very dark, with the floor and bed linen being damp due to humidity. We approached the hotel staff to inquire about moving to another room, and they graciously provided us with an even higher category room at no extra charge—an adorable suite with a separate living room, boasting brightness and coziness. The entire staff was exceedingly helpful and kind, readily available to assist with any queries. Breakfasts were delightful, despite most options being made from similar ingredients. I would certainly recommend Ferra Hotel as the perfect place to stay on lovely Boracay

The best place on the whole of Boracay. From the very beginning, the staff treat you with great care and attention, everyone is incredibly kind and helpful. We also received a room upgrade. The room was clean, with a spacious bathroom. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, even better than at home!! The hotel is located in a quieter part of the island, so the evenings are peaceful, but at the same time it’s only a 5-minute walk to the lively area. And the breakfast — hands down the best I had in the entire Philippines. The Boracay French toast and the fluffy pancakes are absolute masterpieces. I would love to come back!
