This place is being run by people who understands hospitality. Everything from the staff, to the clean room, to the excellent breakfast. They even let us checking slightly earlier when the room became ready. Definitely one of the best price/quality ratio hotel I ever stayed at (out of 200+)

Very nice, big and comfortable room. Friendly personnel. Breakfast served in restaurant with nice view, whole meal very good. Well prices in bar for professionally prepared cocktails:). In general - medium size, very comfortable hotel in center of Suwałki.
