The room was spacious. Upgraded rooms with balcony also have a coffee machine. While in normal room you will have a kettle for tea and powder coffee. The breakfast is great, so many options, from sweet to savoury, plus a waffle machine and fresh juices. The distance from the city centre is approximately 10 minutes walk, Ona. Nice river side walk.

I stayed in 3 PURO hotels during my recent trip to Krakow, Warsaw, and Gdansk, and the Krakow location was my favorite out of all 3! Wonderful breakfast spread, and I loved the attached cafe/bakery - I came here for lunch and a refreshing drink most days. I didn't dine in the main restaurant for dinner, but it (where the breakfast buffet is located) looked like it would be a nice place to eat in the evenings as well. The whole building is spacious and well-designed, with modern yet comfortable decor. Perfect for relaxing in between sightseeing. Lots of spaces to sit a relax with a book and beverage. The location in Kazimierz is great as well: away from the Old Town crowds, but perfectly situated to Kazimierz's many restaurants and bars. Easy walking distance to old and new Jewish cemeteries, Schindler's Factory, Wawel, Old Town (15-20 minutes), etc. I walked everywhere, but ordered an Uber from the hotel to the central train station for my onward journey, which was very reasonably-priced and about a 15 minute drive. The location was tucked away on a quiet street, but still very central to Kazimierz and all Krakow has to offer. The location felt very safe as a solo female. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Krakow!

Overall, I liked everything. The room was clean, cozy, modern, good ambient, with plenty of extras, great 55'' TV, hotter then expected (in December), automatic presence lights, automatic curtains, good dryer, good shower. The breakfast was great with a good time range. The location was also good with tram/bus quite close, easy to get to the old city and also to the airport (don't waste money - just pickup the bus 300 and buy ticket inside with credit card for 4 zlotys / ~1€)

I can highly recommend this hotel! The staff was brilliant! Receptionists, housekeeping, breakfast lady, skybar, and restaurant staff! Room was spacious, clean and charming! Breakfast was really good! Location also great! Would love to come back! Wish them all the best for the future.

Excellent four star hotel. All was great, just the beds a little too firm. Staff was helpful, everything was sorted out smoothly.
