Very cosy and warm rooms. Staff at reception (Damian) always giving excellent service, it’s a very convenient location close to shopping mall and the Old town.

It is easily accessible due to the nearby train station, and the city center is only a few minutes walk away. The furnishings are tasteful and stylish, comfortable, fully equipped, and you are greeted by fresh flowers in the lobby. The staff gave you a small gift upon arrival and departure, and they are helpful in everything. The breakfast and lunch are very varied and delicious.

Great location - a quick walk to the old town and near a shopping center, very clean and beautiful room with amazing view, helpful personnel, comfortable beds and overall very modern.

Excellent location in a patrimony building, comfortable rooms, not very large but manageable with light luggage like two cabin bags. It would have been better to have full blackout curtains. Very good and varied breakfast Quite kind staff.

Founded in 1834, the Pollera is conveniently located within Cracow’s Old Town. St Mary’s Basilica and the Main Market are only 300 metres away from the hotel.
