I stayed with my cat. The staffs are quite kind. The location is also nice because the hotel is located at a historical area related to Jewish people and I can also walk to the Wowel castle from the hotel. The quality of their sauna is also nice.

The attention to detail. We were travelling with a 1 year old kid which we had informed before arriving. They had crib for the kid and utensils for the kid in the room beforehand. It was a pleasant surprise and it was of great help.
