- Breakfast is very rich and tasty, with lot of choices for everyone - Dinners were delicious - creamy mushroom soup or Bouillabaisse soup were superb - One dish at dinner was not prepared according order / guest wish - mistakes can happen everywhere - it was not charged - Overall food is very good - Nice, spacious and clean rooms - Personnel either at reception, bar or restaurant - superb, very friendly and helpful - Wellness area - Nice sauna and herbal sauna, where the water in the whirlpool could be a bit warmer - but that´s a personal opinion/choice. Despite signs everywhere some guests still uses the sauna in swimsuits, not only in towels, but this is not the hotel´s fault, the guests should change this behavior. - Booked this hotel already many times for a business trip and can only recommend

I’m absolutely satisfied with this hotel. I’ll always choose it when I come to Krakow. Very cool staff, delicious breakfasts, I was most pleased with the cleanliness and disinfection of the rooms and common areas. Despite of the constructions and building works nearby, it was quiet. The staff always responded promptly to all my requests. It's very nice outside in the evening. Thanks a lot :)

Beautiful hotel, very cosy. We liked the design, the comfort of the beds, the cleanliness. Room is modern and well connected, there is an Ipad in the room connected to appliances. Loved the Sauna, very peaceful, great after a day in the cold. Free quality coffee is the lobby was awesome. Location is great for Kazimierz numerous restaurants and bars.
