A pleasant surprise. Looks even better in person than in photos. Very modern, smart technology, spotlessly clean, super comfy bed, great climate control, well insulated from noise, excellent shower pressure/temperature. Very helpful front desk staff. Went out their way to book us a last minute tour. Great location also: short walk to the ICE convention center and easy walk to bus stations to get to Old Town, Main Square, etc. The (included) breakfast at the hotel restaurant (a bracciate) was excellent.

Large comfortable and quiet very clean room with view of Wawel Castle and very good selection for breakfast. Short walk for bus 300 direct to airport and bus 304 for Wieliczka Salt mines. Ideal if you enjoy walking a bit.

Very nice room, cosy and clean. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast was AMAZING, very high quality.
