Loved this hotel! The staff is fantastic. From the reception, restaurant, cleaning personnel- they are all fantastic! The hotel is cosy with big enough of rooms. The bathroom is a gem and loved the fact that we had a balcony.

Very comfortable hotel. We had a large room on the second floor. We slept well - beds and pillows very good. No noise at all from the road or other guests. Excellent choice at breakfast - hot and cold buffet-lovely breakfast area leading to a garden. The position is perfect for walking everywhere - near the funicular to avoid all the steps down/up to Ribeira/Douro area. We loved Porto.

Great location and friendly, helpful staff, especially Soraia and Carla. Nothing was too much trouble. Lots of advice of good places to visit and restaurants to eat at.. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
