Outstanding location. My lovely room had a little balcony with a view of the arch. The room was spotless and spacious and the cleaners did a great job daily. The fridge and desk were appreciated. Wonderful, friendly staff. The value for money was exceptional. Location was brilliant for morning running - hotel to the Belem Tower along the water and back is c. 15km; perfect!

The hotel is very close to the city center. Nearby is the tram line as well(tram 28). The room was small but comfy. Housekeeping was exceptional. The breakfast doesn't have much variety but is satisfying enough. The receptionist is always there to help you with any questions. Well done to all the staff.

We enjoyed room and bathfoom comfort and design. The view made me happy every morning. Room heating was more then satisfying. Breakfast was very good. Everybody working there was kind and helpfull. Overall excellent experience, and I already recommended this hotel to some friends🩵

We had a beautiful quiet room in a perfect location. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We were surprised to find a washing machine in the room, which was great! The staff were amazing. Jessica and Afonso were so helpful, giving us great recommendations. They were very friendly and welcoming every time we passed through reception.     The square and its buildings are amazing; however, the choice of food in the restaurants is poor. Burgers and pizza are not on the top of my list of ‘delicacies’ to try in Lisbon. Unfortunately, this was the case in many popular areas, but there were also some little gems.

    Get the ferry sightseeing tour off the quay at the bottom of the square. Also the Beer Museum looks a bit tacky but it is beautiful inside the cafe and very reasonable for a cold beer outside in the Square.
