Convenient location. Walking distance to the metro station of Oriente, a bus station of many lines such as 728 which leads straight to the downtown and tourist spots, a big shopping mall, the aquarium and the pavilion. Considerate service. Provided detailed information when we asked our way to somewhere. Prepared sweet gifts for my colleague who was on her birthday. Nice food at the breakfast. Most importantly, AMAZING STAFFS. Especially those who work at the reception! I lost my baggage at the airport on my first day in Lisbon. The staffs at the reception helped me to contact the lost&found and other concerned department of the airport, and also gave me many useful information and suggestion. Luckily I got my baggage back at the airport on the day I left Lisbon. But even if I didn't, I'm sure those kind staffs would contact me and help to send my baggage back once they received it from the airport. Thank you guys so much for your help!

I want to thank those two kind ladies at the reception. I booked for 3 nights, but due to personal reasons, I had to leave after the first night. While explaining my reasons, they were very helpful and nice. Also great welcome, since it was my first time in Portugal. They offered me breakfast and access to the minibar in the room. All great.
