The hotel interior was beautiful and cozy. We loved the ambiance so much. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Our expectations were fully met, I would even say more than that :). The property is perfect. Brand new, super clean with great design and the friendliest staff ever met. Miguel and Mariana went over beyond our hospitality expectations! They welcomed us with warm, helped us with all the needs we had regarding the hotel and the city. One day we wanted to watch a tv programme from our country and Miguel carried another TV in order to have the connectivity with our laptop. The most amazing gesture we ever had. We definitely recommend the place anytime you wish to visit Porto!!!!

À 5 star hotel and restaurant at a 3 star cost..! Great location, excellent room (each one is different with a theme based on local artists), incredible restaurant.. And I imagine that it is even more beautiful in summer, with the pools, external jacuzzi..

From the minute you walk in the door, everything is AMAZING. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the quirky 'upside down' decoration is unique and brilliant. The breakfast is wonderful with a great variety of foods. The courtyard is a lovely piece of quiet! Nothing is too much trouble! LOVED EVERYTHING about the hotel.
