This is now the third time I’ve stayed here. The staff are exceptional. Everyone I had an interaction with was pleasant and extremely helpful, a rarity these days! It’s immaculately clean and has everything you need. Really couldn’t fault it!

It was extremely crowded when we went in the morning.

It was extremely crowded when we went in the morning. Wall to wall people, could hardly see any of the exhibits or fish. No one wore a mask, and they let far too many persons in at this time. Very disappointing and uncomfortable.
