Beautiful hotel in a perfect location in the center of Porto. Clean and nicely decorated room with good breakfast. We were there for 5 nights and staff was always kind and welcoming. Since it was our honeymoon we also got a room upgrade with some extra treats.

The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. They even prepared a breakfast box for us as we had an early departure time (without us asking). Some fabulous restaurant recommendations too. They also organized a fado show for us, a great traditional experience. We’ll definitely stay here again in the future.

Whether a short or long stay in Porto this is a fantastic choice of hotels. The facilities are clean and stylish, and the staff welcoming and kind. The location is perfect, as you can walk to the river which is just a block away. Of note, and this is not a criticism just a fact, it seems that they are pretty set on the check in and check out times, so when you book do not assume you can check in early. Otherwise - I highly recommend this hotel.

    This is one of the really big start points for the...

    This is one of the really big start points for the Portuguese Camino from Porto to Santiago de Compostela in Spain. You will see anxious & excited pilgrims queuing at Porto Catedral to get the first stamp on their Credencial. Many of them have 6 hour walk in front of them whether they follow the Central Route, roughly to Vilarinho, or the Coastal route, roughly to Labruge. Wish them Bom Camino!

    3 euros for an incredible place. It's worth every penny.

    3 euros for an incredible place. It's worth every penny. The only thing I think could be better is information. There could be a suggested path to follow or a map of the place. Funny thing is that there was a restoring team working at the main chapel and it was more atracting to many tourist that the rest of the place. They have a combined purchase with the other building in the plaza (which we didn't buy).
