Staff were very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate our requests and make us feel welcome. The location was great, it was a short walk to the Aspire Dome and to Villaggio Mall.

Our stay at Ezdan Palace Hotel was truly exceptional. The hotel is stunning, beautifully designed, luxurious, and it smells incredible the moment you walk in. Everything during our stay felt perfect. We were kindly upgraded to an amazing suite as we were celebrating our honeymoon, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room was immaculate throughout our stay. A special thank you to the housekeeping team who made sure it was spotless every single day. Breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of high-quality options, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were visiting for the Grand Prix, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. I would recommend this hotel a hundred times over, not only for its cleanliness and luxury, but because the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and very well cared for. A heartfelt shoutout to Maroua from the team, who was incredibly sweet and extended our checkout time free of charge so we could enjoy our last day comfortably. Her kindness truly made a difference. Highly recommended!

Everything was beautiful , easy access and everywhere was super clean 🙂… breakfast was good… the room and my pillows I slept like a baby ….. it was easy to go out …
