Try and go when there is a concert, the organ is amazing to listen to in that amazing church. However be aware as that sometimes access is limited at short notice because of a wedding or something else. It is always worth checking before. One is on a small mezzanine over the kitchen, and the other 4 are upstairs. One of these is separated into another room with some curtains for privacy.
