We loved this place. First of all because of the staff who was amazing, so kind and fun and they suggested us beautiful places to visit such as Uqdah, a panoramic view of the city, a very typical restaurant serving local food. The room was very clean and spacious with any kind of comfort. The hotel has also a cafeteria and many parking lots. Highly recommended!!!!

In general the hotel was good, but the thing which was really amazing that the Staff were very supportive, kind, etc.. special Thanks to RECEPTION before even I arrived to the hotel till the moment of check out. This is an indication of the hotel vision to keep the customers feel comfortable and happy.

a couple of very nice interactions and experiences. I was initially checked into a room with a poor wifi connection. I requested a change of room which the receptionist actioned immediately. I don't have her name but she went above and beyond to look after my comfort. The second incident was when I required 25 copies of a document for a workshop that i was conducting at the hospital. Mr Abdul got the documents printed in no time thus saving me a lot of trouble as I would've had to roam around the city for a printer. Both staff members were thoroughly professional and looked after me in a very polite and impeccable manner.
