I recently had the privilege of staying at the luxurious Narcissus Riyadh Hotel & Spa. With an establishment that clearly prioritizes opulence and elegance, my experience was a blend of highs and minor setbacks. From the outset, the property's design and facilities truly resonate with grandeur. My room was nothing short of a sanctuary – exceptionally clean, abundantly comfortable with a bathroom setup that's unparalleled in its appeal. However, a couple of issues marred my otherwise delightful stay. The first was the overpowering sound from a wedding party. Despite being on the third floor, the music was so loud it impeded my sleep. Though the staff was understanding and promptly moved me to the fifth floor, it was an inconvenience that shouldn't have occurred in the first place at such a prestigious hotel. The second matter of concern was the lingering smell of cigarette smoke in both rooms. For those sensitive to or disliking the scent of smoke, this can be rather off-putting. On the gastronomic front, both dinner and breakfast were astounding. The buffet is diverse and lavish, making every meal an exciting culinary journey. However, a small suggestion for the management would be to elevate the coffee experience at breakfast by opting for quality coffee beans and fresh milk. In conclusion, the Narcissus Riyadh Hotel & Spa certainly ranks high on the list of luxury accommodations. The attentive and courteous staff is its crown jewel. While my feedback points out areas of potential improvement, it's worth noting that the overall experience was top-notch. Here's to hoping they take this feedback constructively and continue striving for unparalleled excellence.

The hotel amenities for me and my family at our stay is 10/10. Clean rooms. Also. the dinning room, food and Services staffs amazing. All the staffs at the breakfast hall are all great assets to the hotel. The check in desk staff welcoming.

Our Reviews for the Faisaliah Hotel: We stayed in this amazing hotel in Riyadh. It was a beautiful hotel, i’ve never seen the most helpful and friendly service in all the hotels i’ve been to. There was a very delighted staff who helped us during our stay. His name is Mr Khaled who’s sits by the reception desk. He was very helpful as he supported us in getting one large suite instead as we booked 2 one bed suites. That was very helpful.

The front desk team is friendly, responsive & welcoming, namely Mr. Mohammed Al Najjar, as well as the housekeeping, they were very friendly and always attentive when needed.. Strategically located close to high-end shopping stores, also close to many restaurants & coffee shops, a walking distance from one of the biggest malls in Riyadh - Panorama Mall. Will recommend it if you are looking for affordable prices and if you like to take evening walks around the area.
