We got problems of noise because of renovation but the responsible did upgrade us without paying. And we extended our stay, the staff was always there to help us.

Exceptional stay. Executive Lounge service is amazing. Room on the 31st floor, great views. They gave us a free limousine ride to the opera concert at esplanade. Concierge, room service and all staff are so nice. Always a smile for the guest.
