Very new. Staff very pleasant and responsive. Theres a front doorsmen who is present at all hours and also helped us navigate our taxi to airport at 5am. The suite was very spacious and the bathroom was probably the size of the bedroom in a comparable hotel.

Accomodating staff especially Wendy upon checking us in. The buffet breakfast was the best. Moon Bar has spectacular view of Bangkok skyline.

We spent Christmas 2023 in Bangkok in this fantastic hotel with a perfect quality/price ratio. We took advantage of the 3 "on-site" restaurants and the taste and offerings exceeded our expectations.
