the hospitality of the staff is perfect, they are attentive, helpful, professional, you get a warm feeling and you feel very welcome when you enter the hotel. The rooms are neat and clean and are well maintained by the chambermaids. There is a neat swimming pool on the roof (37th floor). There are also plenty of restaurant facilities in the hotel. The breakfast buffet was perfect, it was all well organised. We really enjoyed this stay and would love to come back.

    This is possibly the most crazy location in Bangkok during Songkran water festival. Need water canons - Thousands to buy here. There is a tower that sprays the crowds with a firehose heree too. Total Fun!

    The location is so good for me and the Central Mall right by the hotel is a great thing to have, especially the TOPS supermarket where you can get everything you need. They have international food treats there, just everything you need, and many shops. The hotel itself has very friendly staff, nothing is a problem. The in room dining is such good quality, I have had so many different dishes and have stayed at this hotel I think 5 times now. You can also walk to the BTS and take a train so easily to places like Central world and MBK.

    Staff is always very helpful and friendly. Check out time (12h) is generous compared to other regions of the world. Of course check in is then pushed a bit (15h). Within walkable distance of Central World mall. 7/11 literally just outside the hotel. Rooms are very good albeit don’t expect the size of rooms you’d get for a 300+$ a night elsewhere in town. But still just perfect for short stays.

    The service was excellent. The staffs were attentive, clean n prompt. Everyone is happy with their job n role. Since l spend alot of time shopping in Siam Paragon, Central World n Terminal21 the hotel is just 2 stns away. So convenient. As for the massage at Panpuri it was outstanding. Abit expensive but the quality is high.
