Staff was quick to fix the problem with the air conditioner. Very attentive with the breakfast and any other needs. Didn't let us forget belongings in the room on checkout and helped load bags into the taxi. Absolutely a great experience.

The hotel is serenely set amidst a jungly garden just inside Chiang Mai’s old city walls. It was almost as if we were staying in the ruins of an old temple - but with all the mod cons, of course. The staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful.

Best hotel ever. Very modernised hotel and helpful staff. Hygienic standards are to its upmost and staff prepared for us breakfast earlier then the scheduled time since we checked out earlier. Thank you so much

We absolutely loved the place, from the decor, the cozy feeling to the wonderful staff and breakfast!! It was one of our favourite places we stayed. They were so helpful with picking out tours, local suggestions & overall great experience. We will be back!
