My family (2 parents and kids aged 7 and 9) loved the pool, the friendly staff and how clean the accommodation is. We found our room comfortable and well appointed. The laundry service was very quick - we got it back the same day. The location was good. The area was quaint and quiet but there were several local restaurants close by, and it was a 10-15 minute walk to the Chiang Mai gate market (for more local food). The owner was helpful organising us a driver for the day, but she didn't push anything at all -she just helped when asked.

This is the best hotel in Chiangmai The lady at the front desk is very warm and cute Their small courtyard is very beautiful. You can rest anywhere and the staff will turn on the fan for you. The room is in the style of northern Thailand, very beautiful Breakfast is also very good It is only a 5-minute walk from Chiang Mai Gate Night Market I highly recommend everyone to stay in this hotel when visiting Chiang Mai

This was our second time staying at the Pingviman Hotel. We enjoy the Lanna-style décor of the hotel and love that it’s a smaller property. It feels intimate and welcoming. The location is excellent, with plenty to explore on foot. We especially enjoyed walking to the Chiang Mai Gate Market most evenings for delicious street food and a lively atmosphere. The pool area is great for getting in some laps. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and the beds are comfortable (compared to many others we’ve stayed in throughout the region).
