This was easily the most hospitable & friendliest staff on my visit to Phuket & Ko Samui. Nong especially was so kind. I requested a lower floor in advance and got it. My suitcase handle was damaged by airport baggage staff somewhere..Nong organised to get it fixed.Organised taxi for me to airport..cheaper than Grab! I cannot but recommend this great hotel. I'm known as Dan and Nong remembered this every time!

Laura has created a really great accommodation here with great attention to detail. It is wonderfully quiet, everything is well maintained and very nicely designed. Laura shows me her warmth her destiny and joy for the guests. It is the most beautiful accommodation on my 4-week trip. It is necessary to have a vehicle, Laura asks on her of her self whether a scooter should be borrowed.

We loved the staff, the vibe and the food. Breakfast was very delicious - The best we had so far in Thailand. You could chose between 6 different dishes - so it never got boring - and you always got extra fruits. The two managers, Henri+Chris, are very nice and helpful - as was the rest of the staff. If you need something: Just go to the reception and they will do their best to make you happy. It was very easy to rent a scooter. You could do your laundry and if you didn't feel like doing anything, you have a nice pool area to chill out and just be. You could even have a swim in the evening-nighttime, what was so nice, after a long day on the road. We didn't go there for fishing but we talked to some other guests who did and they loved it. It looked very exciting - big fishes to catch. And if you're lucky you'll see part of the lizard family. We were staying in a double room next to the pool and were very satisfied. I heard the houses right on the lake are even nicer and also worth staying as a family. So I would recommend this place to two sorts of people: If you're a fishing addict or if you want to get a good cost - performance ratio and like to stay in a clean-modest-place with everything your heart needs for a good vacation.

I’ve worked for years in hospitality with a well-known company and stayed in many hotels across Thailand. I’m truly impressed by the outstanding 5-star service from the bar and restaurant team (including breakfast team )— professional, warm, and attentive (small details like knowing our tastes or preparing our favourite table for breakfast every day, among a long list of kind gestures).
