Good looking property with a good taste in design and attention to detail. Privacy, beautiful view from the lodge and a comfy bed. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and free fruits from the garden were left hanging on our door in the morning. The property is located on a hill giving it a peaceful vibe. We rented a motorbike which made moving on the island way easier, but the location was overall good!

I recommend this hotel! It’s brand new, super clean (which was really important to me), and just overall a great place to stay. It’s not right on the main street, but it’s only a short walk from everything and if you’ve got a scooter, it’s perfect! The girls who work at the hotel and even their taxi driver are the nicest!

We spent 2 days at Sunrise Koh Tao, Walking distance from the Ferry. We were pleased with the room given to us, we had a beautiful view of the beach and Mae Mae the host who helped us with our check-in and excursions had a great hospitality. The place is clean and you can sit by the restaurant, work or enjoy a drink by the beach. You can even swim at the beach. The sea was very very calm. Staff at Sunrise was extremely polite and helpful with the renting of a bike or even planning the day excursions. Sunrise is located at the center of everything with less noise. If your looking for a long stay at Koh Tao then Sunrise is the perfect place.

Located 1.2 km from Shark Bay and 1.3 km from Mae Haad Pier, Aukotan Place offers comfortable rooms with air conditioning and free WiFi.

Really good place to stay in Koh Tao. The bed was very comfortable, the AC cooled super well and the staff is very friendly. Gi knew how to attend to all our needs. We were going to stay only for 5 nights and we ended up extending up to 9 nights. I would definitely go back to this place! (Most of the island was without electricity several times because they are making renovations in the electricity supply , but the hotel apparently has its own generator because we always had light!)

Great community here, people really passionate about diving and it is contagious. Location is on quieter side of island in terms of partying however it is still very sociable with cafe, sunny and shaded areas to relax and a bar with great atmosphere - this is my personal preference so ideal. The beachfront view in the morning never got old. I extended my stay twice because the people were so nice to be around. I would love to come back for more diving too. Great value and exceeded my expectations.
