Very friendly and welcoming. The room is very big and the shower is like a spa. The bed is comfortable and I had a nice view on a garden. The hotel just opened this year and I will definitely recommend everybody to stay there when in Krabi the location is in a quiet street but close to 7-Eleven and the markets in Krabi.

Loved our stay at The Brown Hotel. Located near lots of great food places, a 7-Eleven right outside and a very short walk to the river and small mall too. The hotel staff are wonderful especially Fon the receptionist and our housekeeping lady who were both so warm, attentive, smiley, caring and hardworking. The rooms are very clean, comfy beds, great aircon and they even kindly upgraded us to a bigger room so they could upgrade the one we were staying in with a new TV. Their laundry service was very handy too. Wonderful place to stay if you're visiting Krabi town.

Perfectly situated with night market, cafes, supermarket, laundry and river close by, yet perfectly quiet at night. Self service coffee, tea and bananas for free at the reception, but best of all the ever friendly and helpful duo at the reception desk. I hope to be a return stayer.
