We love the place, may be if you look for the beach the location is far away, but to get to phuket town the location is perfect. The room is clean and quite big, provided with a small kitchen as well. The swimming pool is amazing and the italian restaurant great. We will be back for sure

The hotel was incredibly beautiful. I have never had a breakfast where I could relax as much as I could here, it was delicious and I would’ve gladly stayed a couple more nights. As far as I can remember I don’t recall being at a hotel with such amazing staff. We are very happy that we chose WOO Gallery & Boutique hotel!

There's one hidden local market which is worth the time,...

There's one hidden local market which is worth the time, google maps will show you. Rest of the "old town" is: dirty, rotten, full of tourist-scam and tourists with bad behaviour which are either full of alcohol, full of dope (offered on every corner) or both. If you are out for cheap party, ready to get scammed or just don't care anymore because you are high: go there. If not: stay in the hotel and cut your toenails... it's a way greater experience in my opinion... but I'm already out of party age ;-)

The hotel is very central and outside the main "tourist area", while still being close to it. You're a 10 minute walk and crossing a couple of roads from getting to Old Phuket Town. The staff were very polite and helpful with all questions we had!

It is right in the heart of Old Phuket Town and walking distance to all major attractions such as the historical mansions, museum, Michelin guide restaurants, Soi Romanee, Torrey’s Ice cream, Aung Cafe. The nine emperors festival procession passed right in front of our hotel. Also, we had a satisfactory massage and extremely lovely hair braiding salon nearby. The staff is as what was said by all reviews, very customer oriented with a smile on their face.

Pleasant surprise: free walking distance to Old Phuket Town’s attractions and food. The hostel has a vibe, social without feeling too noisy. Shared kitchen, lounge, terrace – great spots. Would stay again if I come back for short stays.

Location was excellent. Housekeeping was very good. Kitchen was so very useful. We spent very less on food. Breakfast was free. Swimming pool was very beautiful with clean water. Location is exactly in the centre of old Phuket town through which all other tourist spots were easily accessible. Each and every staff, including receptionist were very cordial and always helpful. Will again choose book a bed phostel for my second visit to Phuket.

Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is new, modern and clean. Feels more like a luxury hotel, i.e., compared to the price we paid. A/C worked great. Very comfy bed. Walking distance to all we wanted to see in Old Phuket town. Best value hotel in Phuket, I'd say. And two lovely gifts on departure. This place was perfect to finish off our thailand trip and exceeded our expectations. Highly, highly recommend.
