Exceptional cleanliness and hotel staff with over the top customer service. We didn't expect it to have the elevator as received from email, but they were newly renovated and made us want to come again to Varmtel.

Everything was so good! Rooms are kept clean with the basic amenities. Need a little pick me up? There's a store a few steps out that sells coffee. Need food? Just get on the main road and you'll find lots for food stalls.

I really appreciated the stay at Grand Centre, especially the cleanliness, pleasant smell all around and the breathtaking views from the pool. The staff was very helpful, polite and friendly, also the facilites were great. The free minibar that was refilled daily had exactly what you needed from refreshing beverages to snacks.

Amazing staff, wonderful breakfast buffet with halal options available. Hotel has a lovely view of the Chao Pharaya river as well as a complimentary river taxi to Sathorn pier and Icon Siam.

The room was clean and the hotel itself was perfectly located near the river, offering a smooth and convinent boat service to Sathorn Pier and Iconsiam. The hotel was also located near a good and quiet local area. Also a nice view of both the river and the city.
