1. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly they had our rooms available a little bit early we only stayed for 48hrs and when asked regarding island tours and getting to Krabi they offered multiple methods and provided the best options for us. So the next day when we had the full day tour booked then ferry in the evening they allowed us to store our luggage in a supply room, take a shower after and change before heading to the ferry. The concierge staff and assisting staff really made our stay worth it.

The room smells great and is very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very good and quiet, 1 minute to the sea and 3 minutes to shops.. it's the best you can stay to have everything close and relaxing.

The only positive of this old and outdated hotel is close proximity to Ton Sai Pier and a large swimming pool overlooking the bay. The beach is not accessible for most part of the day due to high tide and only opens up after 3pm but it gets so shallow and rocky you can walk in ankle high water through half of bay.

Ideal location, approx 10mins walk from Ton Sai Pier. Lovely beach front with private beach loungers. Room was very comfortable with excellent aircon! My partner and I ended up getting food poisoning during our stay and had to stay an extra night but the staff could not have been more helpful and caring. One lady at reception was extra kind and checked in on us, and brought us up toast and bananas. Highly recommend!

Staff really helped us a lot, we forgot in the room an envelope with money and they helped us sending it to Krabi, we really appreciated it. Hotel was well located, 6 minutes away from Ton Sai Pier, with a nice pool and nice rooms.
