The location and its proximity to shops,restaurants and the Medina. Comfortable rooms and a joyful decor in the hotel. Great staff, very helpful with taxis and car trips etc. Also helped resolve flight booking problems. Great breakfast too.

All the hotel staff were very kind and ready to help. From the moment I arrived for check-in, I was welcomed with a refreshing lemon drink. The breakfast quality was good, and even when I arrived late, the kitchen staff kindly and cheerfully prepared eggs for me. The room had most of the necessary amenities, and the WiFi, heating system and hot water worked well. However, the shower area needed some repairs to prevent water from spreading throughout the entire bathroom. One night, when I returned to the hotel, I found the bathroom floor covered in water for some unknown reason, but the staff quickly took care of it and dried it out. In terms of cleanliness, the floors and tables could have been cleaner, and I usually expect hotels to provide disposable slippers in the room. The toilet paper could also have been of better quality and cleanliness. Aside from these few issues, the hotel was very pleasant for a stay. Additionally, thanks to a nearby government office, the police are on duty around the clock, which is great for security, and the hotel is also within walking distance of the city center and La Medina. Overall, the friendliness of the hotel staff and their constant willingness to help made my stay very enjoyable.

Emna was very helpful for transportation and she was very welcoming. It was very clean. The location was excellent to visit the Medina of Tunis.
