Having visited many Iberostar properties over the past five years, I can confidently say that Mehari Djerba stands out as the number one. From the warm and professional reception team to the outstanding restaurant and bar service, every aspect of my stay was truly remarkable. A special thank you to the animation team, whose energy and dedication made my experience even more enjoyable. Their enthusiasm and creativity bring such a vibrant atmosphere to the hotel, making every guest feel special. It is clear that under your leadership, Mr. Anis and Mrs. Afifa, the entire team is committed to excellence. Please extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone for their hard work and dedication. We had an amazing stay at this hotel, and although we were a bit hesitant in the beginning since it had just opened, the place exceeded all our expectations. The room was clean, spacious with great decor and comfortable bedding. It was so nice to sit in the balcony and enjoy the sea view and the breeze. The staff were super helpful and kind. The food was delicious and one could choose from a big variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the fresh vegetables and fruits. The beach is less than 1 minute away from the room, and the water was stunning. We spent our days at the beach, and enjoyed an extraordinary sunset there, simply magic! The pools were also great. Thank you for a great stay, and we will definitely come back for a longer stay !

Great hotel, i did not expect it be like it is: clean, location perfect, staff, food, responsiveness etc.... everything is super good Recommend to everyone, desserts are super delicious, do not contain to much sugar which i like.... could have more choice of gluten free and less sugar food.

Best El Mouradi hotel that we've ever stayed in. Beautiful hotel, excellent indoor and outdoor activities. Excellent food. Lovely location. Brilliant friendly and efficient staff.

It is a traditional Tunisian hotel and is gorgeous with beautiful artworks scattered on white walls. We received a very warm welcome from the receptionist who was lovely, kind and helpful. The rest of the staff were also amazing and I cannot fault them. Our lovely bright and airy room which was spotlessly clean (Rzougou did an amazing job every day for us for which huge thank yous! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻) was situated on the ground floor and overlooked the pool. The hotel play music around the pool all day, have different types of live music in the evening which was great as well as sometimes playing music which people would sit around the pool and listen too. The dining room, again, was very clean and welcoming and at breakfast they served everything from fresh fruit, cereal, different types of bread and cakes, yogurts, pancakes and omelettes to order which was perfect for us both. They also had different types of fruit juices as well as tea, coffee and filtered water. We were here on a bed and breakfast basis and you can pay an extra fee to have dinner in the evening if you wish. There is an outside dining area where you can buy snacks, pizzas, pasta, chicken as well as hot and cold drinks if you wish too. I loved the large swimming pool and swam in it every day. I recommend staying at this lovely hotel which is calm, relaxing and welcoming. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
